Regarding cancelling/return orders. I understand mistakes happen, or something may not be the perfect fit. Please be sure to measure before ordering and pay close attention when placing your order. I add as many pictures as possible as well as a very detailed description so you know exactly what you are receiving. I also get orders out very fast. So your order that you’d like to cancel may already be at the post office. In that case I am unable to cancel it as it’s already been shipped. Due to all of these aspects I typically don’t cancel/accept returns. If you have any questions regarding your order please reach out to me. But also understand everything mentioned above. Thank you!
Returns (if accepted):
-Most returns are only liable for store credit.
-Returns are only accepted within 7 days of your package being delivered.
-Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
-Return shipping cost is on the buyer. You are responsible for purchasing your return shipping label. (Unless the mistake is on my end.)
-Items must be in the exact condition as when they were shipped. And they must be un-worn due to hygiene reasons.
-If your item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, you will only receive a partial refund.
Exchanges:
I am a small business and most of my pieces are handmade by me. It’s very often an item is out of stock, or certain chains are out of stock. As I am only one person keeping up with making a lot of pieces and fulfilling orders. Which is why it is so important to know your correct sizing/length before placing an order as a week from then I may not have anything on hand to correct the length of a piece for you.
-As you will read in my reviews I work extremely hard to get orders out as fast as possible as I know how excited you are to receive your package! I typically bring orders to the post office every other day and all orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday. Please double check all of your information before placing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in the shipping process. I am not responsible if a package isn’t delivered properly due to an incorrect mailing address.
-I am not responsible for lost packages. I will always do my best to help in tracking your package down. But please understand the post office doesn’t make it easy to find the whereabouts of a lost package. Once your package has been dropped off at the post office it is completely out of my control. They don’t always get packages out in a timely manner and holiday season only causes a longer delay in the shipping process, as well as extreme weather conditions. Please understand none of this is my doing as I am no longer handling your package once it’s arrived at the post office.
